Simon had a strong will to love, explore, play and be a part of everything that could be experienced with myself and his brother Toby (dog), sister Maggie (cat)

He was a miracle. Born August 2011 he was surrendered to the Calgary SPCA at 1-1/2yrs due to developing chronic kidney disease. I was told to love him well and hard as he wouldn’t live past 4yrs when I adopted him. He had a flare up and became very sick very quickly. The power of his love matched the determination I had in providing him a good life in what was estimated to be a very short life. He lived to be 10yrs old, leaving us January 27, 2022, and I am forever grateful you chose me to be your momma. Rest well my sweet boy. You taught so much about love, strength and determination when the odds were against you. I love you so much Simon.
