Sara

Sara was adopted by me (or, she adopted me), after my fostering her for a short time. Sara was a Coyote/Husky mix and had a ‘yip bark’ that was quite funny, at times.

She was a lovely girl full of joy, playfulness and was so loving. She loved going on walks, hikes, camping and I’m so glad I took her to a few places that she might otherwise, not have seen. She experienced the ocean in Campbell River one year, along with fantastic walks at Elk Falls as well hiking in Pacific Rim National Park and at Strathcona Provincial Park.

Sara would play with any dog, big or small. She would come off rather boisterous when seeing other dogs while we were on our walks but truly, she just wanted to play. Sara was a large part of my life and her loss has left an even larger, gaping hole in my heart. I love you Sara girl.
