Diego

It is with a heavy heart that I had to say goodbye to my little sidekick Diego on Nov 13/23. He came to me at the age of 4 months as a rescue from Mexico. I spent the next 6 yrs trying to help him cope with his immense fear of people and life in general. The only person he felt safe with was with me and for that I will be forever grateful. He had so much love to give, I just wish he would have felt safe enough to spread it around.

At the tender age of 6yrs and 4months, I made the most difficult decision of my life and that was to let my boy go and be free and at peace. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I know he’s up there finally having the time of his life.
